Dear Dulla family. our hearts & prayers go out to all of you during this difficult loss of your beloved John. John always had a smile & hearty laugh. I remember him helping you with the children Barbara on the few occassions we did share when your brother Bill & I were married. He was a very loving father & gentle caring husband. Billy was hoping to get to reconnect with all of you. He is saddened by this news.May you somehow find comfort and God give you strength to get through this. Our prayers are for all of you. We are here if you need anything. Wish we could help comfort you. Barb, you were a tremendous help to Billy when he lost his Dad. He wanted to express he is here for you also. With our sincere sympathy, Debbie, Billy, Shannon & Jennifer & Matt

Barbara – I am old friend of John’s from Staples High School. You and I met many years ago – think you and John had 3 children then.

I got reconnected to John about 3 years ago. He and I had so much fun on many lengthy phone calls. Like all good friends it was like that only a few days had passed even though it had several years. We always made fun of each other – he alays calling me “you big dummy”. Our sense of humer was identical and we would get each laughing all the time.

In High School we played hours upon hours of one on one basketball and I would hang out while he rebuilt that VW bug.

I am heartbroken and very sad to see that he has passed and just learned this today. My condolences to you and the children – I will always remember him and will miss him badly.

I will miss seeing John at St. Annes Church. Throughout the fifteen years we have lived in Avon, John had a presence in our lives. He was a soccer dad for many years with my daughter Katie. I saw him at church either by himself or with Barb and years before with their beautiful children. My thoughts and prayers are with your whole family.
