Sicard, Anna Mae D.

Anna Mae D. Sicard, 86, of New Britain, widow of Philip A. Sicard, passed away peacefully Friday, October 5, 2012.  Born in Taunton, Massachusetts, November 28, 1925, daughter of the late Edward and Rose (Cabral) Daley.


Anna Mae is survived by her children, Valerie Sicard of New Britain and Michelle Sicard-Durney and her husband John of Killington, Vermont, her grandchildren, Deanne Mae Warren and her husband Justin, John DeLoureiro, Emma Mae Durney and Leo A. Durney, a great grandson, Cameron J. Adams and sister-in-law, Mary Daley of California.  Besides her husband, Anna Mae was predeceased by her sons, Larry Sicard and Bruce Sicard, her brothers, Edward and Robert Daley and a sister, Eileen Leahy.


Friends may call at The Ahern Funeral Home, 180 Farmington Avenue, Hartford on Tuesday, October 9 from 8:30-9:30 a.m.  Funeral procession from The Ahern Funeral Home will be at 9:30 a.m. followed by the Funeral Liturgy at 10:00 a.m. in the Cathedral of Saint Joseph, 140 Farmington Avenue, Hartford.   Burial will be at Mount Saint Benedict Cemetery, Bloomfield.
