Our time here is short and the impact you had on people’s lives, lives on forever. David from what I knew of you, you were kind and caring, just as I remember all the Milligans to be, and may all your kindness live on forever in all of us. Sincerely, The Hardings

For one of your first Christmas’s together, David brought you such a unique and thoughful Christmas gift by putting all the things you loved in a large box and presenting it to you on Christmas day. Always keep those fond memories in your thoughts and know that you were loved. God Bless you always!

One of my favorite memories of you and David is when you both were able to attend my graduation party and give me the framed picture of the painting and article that made the Hartford Courant. It meant a lot to me that you both wanted to frame the piece. I was saddened to hear this news of his passing. He was a great guy. My thoughts will be with you and your family.
