Reardon, Arlene J.

On Wednesday, November 7, 2018, at 8:30 PM, Arlene J. Reardon, loving mother and sister, passed away peacefully with family at her bedside after a brave, 17-month battle with cancer.
Arlene was born January 17, 1963 in Hartford, daughter of Arthur Comstock and Blanche Randall and her husband Robert. On May 14, 1999, she married the love of her life, Edward J. Reardon, by whom she was predeceased after 11 amazing years of marriage. She worked for 25 years at Bank of America, although it was known by many different names during her tenure, where she was the top operator in her department.
Arlene always brought joy to any room she entered. She had a gift for stories and no matter the situation, she would always find a way to have a smile on her face. She will be fondly remembered by friends and family for the stories she told and the happiness she brought with her wherever she went.
She is survived by her mother, Blanche Randall, her siblings Laurie, Cindy, Theresa, Dawn and Chris and her children, Brent Grace, Kelly Whitney (and her husband Ben), and Calvin Grace (and his wife Elizabeth), and four grandchildren, Alex, Marie, Nick, and Emma.
Friends may call at The Ahern Funeral Home, 180 Farmington Ave., Hartford on Monday (November 12) from 4-8 PM. The funeral service will be held at The Ahern Funeral Home at 10 AM on Tuesday (November 13) followed by burial in Mt. St. Benedict Cemetery, Bloomfield.
