Bradley Woods Beach, passed away January 21st, at his home in Las Vegas, Nevada with family surrounding him. Bradley was born in Hartford, January 6th, 1936, the son of the late Thomas Coffing Beach and Katherine Woods Beach of Farmington. Bradley maintained a vacation residence in Winsted. Bradley attended Noah Wallace Elementary School in Farmington, Fessenden School in West Newton, MA and graduated from Salisbury School in Salisbury. Bradley received his degree in Education from the University of Nevada Las Vegas in 1983. Bradley was a member of the Connecticut Air National Guard from 1954-1956 before enlisting in the United States Air Force retiring at Nellis AFB, Las Vegas, in 1976. As a scout master with the Boy Scouts of America, Bradley enjoyed hiking, camping and canoeing. Bradley had a great passion for wood carving. Travel took him to several countries in Europe, cruises to Alaska and Antarctica, as well as forty nine states. Bradley is survived by his wife of 52 years, Donna (Keith) Beach, his sons, Kenneth and his wife Lisa, and Joseph and his partner Ms. Stacy Conrad, grandchildren, Adam, Brittney, Kenny, Logan, Tiffany and Faith; as well as a half-brother, Thomas Beach of Glen Falls, NY; and several nieces and nephews. Bradley was deeply loved by his friends and family and will be greatly missed by all. Burial in the family plot will be Monday (June 21) at 1:00pm in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Hartford. The family requests, that in lieu of flowers, a donation in Bradley’s memory can be made to a charity of your choice. Arrangements are being handled by The Ahern Funeral Homes, Inc.
