Day, Raymond Jr.

Raymond F. Day Jr., died tragically Sunday, April 25th. He was born in Hartford and lived most of his life in Unionville until he and his family moved to Florida. He attended Farmington High School and received his diploma from Hartford Technical Institute on January 4, 1991 as an Automobile Technician. Raymond liked to work on muscle cars and had many talents in most anything he chose to do. Family was always his first priority. Raymond is survived by his wife Gladys, his son Raymond Day III, his mother and step-father Yvette and Michael Koprusak of Unionville, his father and step-mother Raymond and Cindy Day Sr., of Collinsville, his two sisters, Christine Diorio of Unionville, and Darlene Daley of Las Vegas, NV, and his nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. He will be joining the heavens with his brother-in-law Anthony Diorio who passed away April 7, 2010, his nana Kathleen Prentice and his grampa Ovila Aubert, whom he loved so much, and also his step grandma and grandpa Ida and Steve Koprusak. Burial will be held Thursday, May 6th at All Faith Memorial Park in Casselberry, Florida. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be Yvette Koprusak, c/o Raymond F. Day Jr. Memorial Fund, 4 Mohawk Dr., Unionville, CT 06085.
