Jeffrey T. Reynolds, 55, of Bristol, beloved husband of Joanne (Lawrence) Reynolds, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, February 27th. Born in Hartford, September 14th, 1957, son of Georgette (Bilodeau) Reynolds of Farmington and the late Robert Reynolds. Prior to retiring, he was employed by the State of Connecticut for 33 years. Jeffrey was a stubborn gardener, enjoyed NASCAR and handiwork around his home, but his greatest love and joy was his family. Besides his wife and mother, he is survived by his five children, Robert, Nicole, Dale, Jason and Christine, his sister Susan Galanto of East Hampton, his eight grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at The Ahern Funeral Home, 111 Main St., Rt. 4, Unionville on Wednesday (Mar. 6) from 2:00-4:00pm followed by a Prayer Service in the funeral home at 4:00pm. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family.

    I worked with Jeff at the courthouse for many years he was always upbeat and ready for a laugh, he was also a very hard worker and could handle that huge pile of mail everyday like no one else could. My condolences go out to Joann and his family.

    I used to run into Jeff alot at Larry’s truck, picking up breakfast, outside the courthouse. He was so looking forward to his retirement and after 33 years with Judicial, he certainly earned it. My deepest condolences to the Reynolds family on your loss. Jeff was a good man.
